These terms apply when you use this website or send us an enquiry through it. By using the site, you accept them.

These are website terms only

Your membership, what it includes, what it costs and how to cancel are covered by the membership agreement you sign when you join, and by the gym rules displayed in the facility. Nothing on this page changes those. Where this page and your membership agreement disagree, the membership agreement wins.

Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry form doesn't create a membership or reserve a place on a program. It starts a conversation. Prices, session times and availability shown on this site can change, and places on coached programs are limited — we'll confirm what's actually available when we speak.

Please give us accurate contact details. We use the phone number and email you provide to get back to you, and we can't reach you if they're wrong.

Health and fitness

Nothing on this website is medical advice. Training carries inherent risk. If you have an existing health condition, an injury, are pregnant, or haven't exercised in a long time, please speak to your doctor before starting, and tell your coach so sessions can be adapted for you.

Our content

The text, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to Bubba's Project Gym or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them commercially without asking us first. Member photographs are published with consent.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will always be up or completely free of errors. We may change or remove content at any time.

Links to other sites

Where we link to other websites, we aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability

We don't limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Beyond that, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
